In 2010, the company received a certificate confirming the compliance of the quality management system with international standards ISO 9001: 2009. ProNET project management methodology for big projects is built in accordance with the “Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBook® Guide)” Third Edition © 2004 PMI. A special team is created to manage the project, the existing standard sets of work processes and procedures are adapted to complete it on time, in proper quality and within a specified budget. To increase the speed of reaction to customer requests and reduce the time to eliminate incidents, the company employs the Service Desk system.

For more than 20 years of work in the Ukrainian IT market, ProNET has implemented more than 400 complex projects in more than 150 enterprises of the state, financial, industrial and many other sectors of the Ukrainian economy, for which it has repeatedly been awarded honorary awards and thanks, has assembled a team of high-level specialists, opened several regional offices in Ukraine, received all the necessary licenses to carry out work on the deployment of information systems, data centers, implementation of information security systems and traditional security systems.
